50 m厚岩石剥离的深孔抛掷爆破法及爆破振动特性

         

摘要

针对黑岱沟露天煤矿单一特厚煤层上覆50 m岩石的高效剥离问题,提出了利用大直径倾斜深孔进行抛掷爆破+吊斗铲剥离的露天煤矿开采技术方案,探索了一套深孔抛掷爆破主要技术参数的确定方法,取得了深孔抛掷率32%以上的效果.在单孔装药量大,一次抛掷爆破装药量超过1000 t的条件下,通过现场爆破振动测试了解抛掷爆破的振动特性后,采用毫秒延时逐孔起爆、不同品种炸药匹配装药和大孔距预裂爆破等综合技术,取得了良好的减振效果,为黑岱沟露天煤矿高边坡稳定及邻近矿区房屋的安全创造了有利条件.%In order to solve the problem of high efficiency peeling of overlying 50 m rock in a single thick seam in Heidaigou open-pit coal mine,large diameter inclined deep hole for the cast blasting and dragline shovel open-pit mine technology program was proposed.A set deep hole cast blasting the main technical parameters of the determination was explored,deep hole casting rate of 32% was made or more effect.In a single hole charge,cast blasting charge more than 1000 t conditions,the characteristics of cast blasting was understood through the field blasting vibration test.Millisecond delay hole-by-hole detonation,different types of explosives to match the charge,large-hole pre-split blasting and other integrated technology was used.Good damping effect had been achieved,which had created favorable conditions for the stability of high slope and the safety of houses in the adjacent mining area in Heidaigou open-pit coal mine.
