含氢醌–双(2-羟乙基醚)PET共聚酯的合成与性能

         

摘要

以对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)和氢醌–双(2-羟乙基醚)(HQEE)为原料单体,通过熔融缩聚合成了三种比例的PTA/EG/HQEE共聚酯(PEHT).通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H–NMR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)法、热重(TG)分析仪和X射线衍射(XRD)仪表征了PEHT的结构和性能,同时还测试了PEHT纤维的力学性能.FTIR和1H–NMR表明,成功地合成了含HQEE的PET共聚酯.DSC和XRD结果显示,随着HQEE含量的增加,共聚物的结晶性降低.TG结果表明,三种共聚酯的起始分解温度(失重3%)都大于350℃,PEHT具有优良的热性能.此外,随着HQEE含量的增加,PEHT纤维的断裂强度以及断裂伸长率都随之降低.%Taking terephthalic acid (PTA),ethylene glycol (EG) and Hydroquinone bis (2-hydroxyethyl)ether (HQEE) as raw materials,a series of PEHT were synthesized by melt polycondensation in the autoclave. The chemical structures and proper-ties were investigated by means of FTIR,1H–NMR,differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric (TG) analysis and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Meawhile,the mechanical properties were tested. The results of FTIR and1H–NMR show that the PEHT are successfully synthesized. The results of DSC and XRD show that the crystallinity of PEHT decrease with the content of HQEE increasing. The results of TGA show that the decomposition temperatures of the three copolyesters are all greater than 350℃,PEHT have excellent thermal properties. Moreover,as the content of HQEE increasing,the breaking strength and elongation at break of the copolymer decrease.
