功能化离子液体对酚醛树脂性能的影响

         

摘要

Functional ionic liquids of 1–(2–hydroxyethyl)–3-methyl imidazole chloride([HeMIM]Cl),1–carboxy ethyl–3–methyl imidazole chloride([CeMIM]Cl),1–ethylamine–3–methyl imidazole bromide([AeMIM]Br) and 1–butyl–3–methylimidazolium bromide([BMIM]Br) were used to modified phenolic resin.Chemical structures and thermal stability of phenolic resin were characterized and the effects of different ionic liquids on the mechanical properties and free fomaldehyde content of phenolic resin were studied.The results show that the active functional groups of ionic liquids reacts with phenolic resin.Therefore,the phenolic resin modified shows better impact strength and tensile strength,lower free formaldehyde content.Properties of phenolic resin which modifiedby [AeMIM]Br is the best,the tensile strength and impact strength increases to 9.45 MPa and 6.89 kJ/m2 respectively.TG result shows that thermal stability of phenolic resin which modified by ionic liquids was slightly decreased,but carbon residue increased.%用四种自制的功能化离子液体氯代1–(2–羟乙基)–3–甲基咪唑盐([HeMIM]Cl)、氯代1–羧乙基–3–甲基咪唑盐([CeMIM]Cl)、溴代1–乙胺基–3–甲基咪唑盐([AeMIM]Br)、溴代1–丁基–3–甲基咪唑盐([BMIM]Br)改性酚醛树脂(PF),并对其化学结构和热性能进行表征测试,考察不同离子液体对PF力学性能及游离醛含量的影响.结果表明,离子液体的活性功能基团可以与PF发生化学反应,从而更好地增强增韧PF,降低游离醛含量.其中,[AeMIM]Br改性的PF性能最好,其拉伸强度为9.45 MPa,冲击强度为6.89 kJ/m2.热重分析结果说明离子液体改性后的PF热稳定性略有降低,但残炭量增大.
