介绍了聚乳酸(PLA)的性能特点。从共混改性、填料填充改性、纳米复合改性、纤维增强改性等方面综述了PLA改性研究进展。通过改性,可改善PLA的结晶性、热稳定性、生物相容性、生物可降解性、冲击性等性能。并对PLA的发展方向提出展望,指出随着复合改性技术的发展,PLA将会在医学材料、包装材料、建筑材料、生活用品等领域得到广泛应用。%Performance characteristics of polylactic acid(PLA) were described. The modification of PLA through co-mixed modification,fillers-filled modification,nano-composites modification and fiber-reinforced modification was reviewed. The crystallization,thermal stability,bio-compatibility,bio-degradation,impact property of PLA were modified. The prospects of PLA in the future development were proposed. With the development of modification technology,PLA will gain wide applications in medical materials,packing materials,building materials and articles for daily used and so on.
