The structure of automobile gear handball plastic part was analyzed based on Moldflow technology, as references, the structure of the plastic part was improved to some extent and then the mold was designed according to the improved plastic part. The structure analysis and related design key points of mold were introduced and qualified plastic part was gained by practical trialed-mold.%利用Moldflow对某汽车档位手球塑料件结构进行分析,以此为参考,对塑料件结构作一定的改进,并对改进后的塑料件进行模具设计,介绍了模具结构分析及相关设计要点,并通过实际试模得到了合格塑料件.
