The effect of Fe2O3 on the heat release rate of polyamide(PA)6 / melamine cyanurate(MCA) / glass fiber (GF) flame-retardant system was studied. By TG analysis, cone calorimeter analysis and surface morphology analysis after burning, results showed that Fe2O3 could promote the decomposition of PA6 /MCA/GF system, advance heat release time, significantly reduce the heat release rate peak value and become stable, Fe2O3 had the role of reinforcing carbonized layer formed in the burning process of the system, effectively blocked the release of flammable gases and heat transfer.%研究了Fe2O3对尼龙(PA)6/三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)/玻纤(GF)体系阻燃性能的影响.热失重、锥形量热仪及燃烧后表面形貌分析表明,Fe2O3对PA6/MCA/GF体系有促进分解的作用,热释放时间提前,热释放速率峰值明显降低且变化平稳,Fe2O3对该体系燃烧中形成的炭化层有加固作用,有效阻隔可燃气体的释放及热量的传递.
