修饰碳纳米管对树脂基摩擦材料力学性能的影响

         

摘要

Modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes( MWNTs) are dispersed in phenol-formaldehyde resin (PF) solution by ultrasonic wave and chemical method. Non-metallic friction material based ori PF resin is prepared. Modified MWNTs are introduced to strengthen the friction material. The effects of modification methods and MWNTs content on the mechanical performance of friction material are studied. The results show that the improving effects of MWNTs-NH_2 on friction materials are greater than those of MWNTs-COOH. When the content of modified MWNTs reaches 1% , flexural strength, impact strength and hardness of the friction material are the highest. The above properties of friction material of 1 % MWNTs-NH_2 improve by 82. 1% ,145.4% and 86.5% , respectively.%通过超声及表面化学修饰等手段提高多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)在树脂基体中的分散性.研制了以酚醛树脂(PF)为基体的无金属摩擦制动材料.添加经过表面修饰的MWNTs对摩擦材料进行增强.系统分析了MWNTs的表面修饰、用量等对摩擦材料力学性能的影响.结果表明,经过氨基化修饰的MWNTs(MWNTs-NH_2)对摩擦材料的改性效果比酸化修饰的MWNTs(MWNTs-COOH)好.当修饰MWNTs的用量为PF质量的1%时,摩擦材料弯曲强度、冲击强度和硬度均达到最大,其中添加1%MWNTs-NH_2时各项性能分别提高82.1%、145.4%和86.5%.
