大型国有企业文化建设的“校企合作”模式探索——以浙江物产集团企业文化建设为例

         

摘要

企业文化是企业的核心竞争力所在,是企业管理的最重要内容,企业文化建设亦有模式可循。作者结合多年来参与大型国企企业文化建设的经历,通过分析浙江物产集团公司企业文化建设过程的具体操作及效果,总结经验,提出企业文化建设应该从务虚到务实,最终再务虚,以达到文化提升和文化自觉的“校企合作”模式。%The corporate culture is the core competitiveness of the enterprises, and is the most important part of corporate management. Corporate culture construction also follows some patterns. Combing the experiences of participating the large - scale state - owned corporate culture construction for many years, the author analyzes the specific operation and effects of corporate culture construction of Zhejiang Materials Industry Group, and summarizes the experiences, and ultimately, put forward that corporate culture construction should start with discussing principles, and then cope with concrete issues, and discuss principles to reach the model of "school - enterprise cooperation of cultural ascending and cultural consciousness"
