介绍了一种新型钠系脱硫剂湿法脱硫工艺在英德海螺水泥厂D线烟气脱硫的应用结果,监测数据表明:D线改造中在同时使用增湿塔和立磨,共计16杆喷枪情况下,排气中SO2平均浓度为19.164 mg/m3,平均脱硫效率为93.506%.与传统的石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺对比可知,新型工艺脱硫率与传统方法持平,解决了传统工艺结垢的问题,简化了原有脱硫工序,消除了对石灰石加工时所造成的污染,节约了设备投资,降低了能耗,达到节能减排的目的,同时脱硫后的副产物可以通过多种方法进行再生或回收再利用.%This paper introduced a new technology of sodium-based desulfurization sodium-based applied to D-line in Yingde Conch Cement Factory.Based on the monitoring data,during the D-line reconstruction,where both humidifier tower and vertical mill,total 16 spray guns were being used,the average concentration of SO2 in the exhaust gas was 19.164 mg/m3,the average desulphurization efficiency reached 93.506%.Compared to the traditional limestone-gypsum wet FGD technique,their desulfurization rate was alike,but the new technology solved the scaling and pollution problems and simplified the original desulfurization processes,which can save equipment cost and decrease energy consumption,so as to achieve the objective of energy saving and emission reduction.Meanwhile,the by-products could be regenerated or recovered by a variety of methods,resulting in high added-value.The promotion and application of this new process is beneficial to the development of flue gas desulfurization technology and has promising application.
