用CoTPPS4作催化剂,Na2S2O8/H2O2为混合氧化剂处理含DDVP农药生产废水.探讨了氧化刺种类、混合氧化剂比例、催化剂投加量、农药初始浓度和pH值等因素对催化处理活性的影响,并对催化处理反应动力学进行了研究.结果表明,在pH=9溶液中,农药初始浓度为28.93 mg/L、CoTPPS4加入量为2.4×10-3g时,5 mL Na2S2O8/H2O2(4/1,v/v)混合氧化剂存在条件下,25 h后生产废水的COD去除率可达99.65%.反应动力学研究表明,CoTPPS4催化混合氧化剂处理含DDVP农药生产废水反应为表观一级反应,反应表观活化能Ea为5.0524 kJ/mol.%Treatment of DDVP production wastewater was conducted using mixed oxidants of hydrogen peroxide and sodium persulfate,catalyzed by cobalt tetrakis (4-sulfonatophenyl) porphyrin(CoTPPS4) .Influencing factors on catalytic activities for treatment of DDVP production wastewater were discussed,such as oxidant species ,mixing ratio between oxidants,amount of additional catalyst,initial concentration of pesticide and pH value. Reaction kinetics of degradation reaction was also studied. The results indicated that the COD removal efficiency of 28.93 mg/L DDVP can reach to 99.65% after 25 h,while additional volume of Na2S2O8 and H2O2 (4/1,v/v) is 5 mL,catalyst dosage is 2.4 × 10-3 g at pH =9. Reaction kinetics studies suggest the catalyzed oxidative treament of DDVP production wastewater is pseudo-first-order reaction and activation energy Ea=5.0524 kJ/mol.
