目的:探讨舒血宁注射液治疗老年缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效及安全性.方法:选取2015年7月—2016年11月哈密市第二人民医院收治的老年缺血性脑血管病患者192例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组95例和对照组97例.两组患者均给予常规对症治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者给予舒血宁注射液治疗,对照组患者给予阿司匹林治疗.对比观察两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后血液流变情况、血压、心率、实验室指标及不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗后,两组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数及红细胞变形指数明显改善,且观察组患者明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05).治疗过程中,两组患者均未发生明显不良反应.结论:舒血宁注射液治疗老年缺血性脑血管病的疗效显著,能显著改善患者的临床症状及神经功能.%OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy and safety of Shuxuening Injection in treatment of elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease .METHODS:192 elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted into the Second People 's Hospital of Hami from Jul .2015 to Nov.2016 were extracted to be divided into observation group (95 cases) and control group (97 cases) via the random number table .Two groups were given conventional treatment , based on which , the observation group was treated with Shuxuening Injection , and the control group received aspirin .The clinical efficacy , differences of hemorheology , blood pressure , heart rate , laboratory indexes and incidence of adverse drug reactions before and after treatment of two groups were observed and compared . RESULTS:After treatment , the whole blood viscosity , plasma viscosity , red cell assembling index and erythrocyte deformation index of two groups had been improved significantly , and the observation group was better than the control group , with statistically significant difference ( P0.05 ) .During treatment , there were no significant adverse drug reactions in two groups .CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Shuxuening Injection in treatment of elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease is remarkable , which can effectively improve patients 'clinical symptoms and neurological function .
