OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of gallic acid in Guizhou galla chinensis , and compare the differences of contents of gallic acid in single-horned sumac gallnut , many-horned sumac gallnut and Chinese gall beihua .METHODS:To investigate the herbs resources of Guizhou galla chinensis , to collect the sample at different times and places , then HPLC was adopted to determine its content of gallic acid .RESULTS:The content of gallic acid of single-horned sumac gallnut was 62.81％-74.79％, with an average of 68.26％; and content of gallic acid of many-horned sumac gallnut was 52.68％-76.05％, with an average of 69.55％.Both the contents of gallic acid had met the requirements of Pharmacopoeia of the People ' s Republic ( 2015 Edition ) .The content of gallic acid of Chinese gall beihua was 25.71％-53.31％, with an average of 35.07％;the content of gallic acid in only one batch (53.31％) of Chinese gall beihua (23 batches in total) had met the requirements of Pharmacopoeia of the People 's Republic (2015 Edition), while the others were not conformed to the standard and cannot be used as medicine . CONCLUSIONS:There are significant differences in the contents of gallic acid among Guizhou galla chinensis with different characteristics , according to the content of gallic acid , single-horned sumac gallnut and many-horned sumac gallnut can be used as medicine , while the Chinese gall beihua cannot .%目的:测定黔产五倍子中没食子酸的含量,比较肚倍、角倍和倍花中没食子酸含量的差异.方法:调查黔产五倍子药材资源,并于不同时间、地点采集五倍子样品,采用高效液相色谱法测定五倍子中没食子酸的含量.结果:肚倍的没食子酸含量为62.81％～74.79％,平均68.26％;角倍的没食子酸含量为52.68％～76.05％,平均69.55％;肚倍和角倍的没食子酸含量符合《中华人民共和国药典》(2015年版)要求.倍花的没食子酸含量为25.71％～53.31％,平均35.07％;仅1批样品(共23批)中没食子酸含量(53.31％)符合《中华人民共和国药典》(2015年版)要求,其他批次均未达到要求,不能入药.结论:不同性状特征的黔产五倍子中没食子酸的含量有明显差异,从没食子酸的含量上看,肚倍和角倍均可入药,而倍花不可.
