OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of budesonide suspension for inhalation combined with ipratropium bromide solution for inhalation in treatment of pediatric acute bronchitis .METHODS:128 child patients with acute bronchitis admitted into Yichang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from Jul .2015 to Jul.2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table , with 64 cases in each .The control group was treated with ipratropium bromide solution for inhalation , while the observation group was given budesonide suspension for inhalation combined with ipratropium bromide solution for inhalation .Clinical efficacy , improvements of symptoms and physical signs , indices of pulmonary function and incidences of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed.RESULTS:The total excellence rate of observation group was 90.63％(58/64), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.00％, 48/64), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05 );the disappearance times of fever , cough , rale and dyspnea of observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05); after treatment, the FVC, FEV1 and PEF of both groups had been significantly improved , and those of the observation group were significantly better than the control group , with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05 ); the incidences of adverse drug reactions of observation group and control group were respectively 3.13％ ( 2/64 ) and 3.13％ ( 2/64 ) , with no statistically significant difference ( P>0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of budesonide suspension for inhalation combined with ipratropium bromide solution for inhalation in treatment of pediatric acute bronchitis is remarkable , which can accelerate the remission of clinical symptoms and improve pulmonary function .%目的:探讨吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液治疗小儿急性支气管炎的疗效.方法:选取2015年7月—2017年7月宜昌市妇幼保健院收治的急性支气管炎患儿128例作为研究对象,按照抽签法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组64例.对照组患儿给予吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上加用吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗.观察两组患儿的临床疗效、症状体征改善情况、肺功能指标及不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组患儿的总显效率为90.63％(58/64),明显高于对照组的75.00％(48/64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音及呼吸困难消失时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿用力肺活量、1 s用力呼气容积及呼吸峰流速较治疗前明显改善,且观察组患儿明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组患儿不良反应发生率分别为3.13％(2/64)、3.13％(2/64),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液治疗小儿急性支气管炎的疗效显著,可加快患儿临床症状缓解,改善肺功能.
