OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of amiodarone in treatment of senile coronary heart disease arrhythmia .METHODS: 80 patients with senile coronary heart disease arrhythmia admitted into Jiangxi Xinfeng County People ' s Hospital from Jan .2013 to Jan.2016 were selected to be divided observation group and control group via the random number table , with 40 cases in each .The control group were treated with conventional coronary artery disease drugs and antiarrhythmic drug treatment , while the observation group were additionally given amiodarone based on the control group .The treatment effects of two groups were compared and observed .RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 92.5%( 37/40 ) , significantly higher than that of control group [72.5%(29/40)], with statistically significant difference (P0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS:Amiodarone in treatment of senile coronary heart disease arrhythmia can help to relieve the arrhythmia , control the development of disease and improve the life quality of patients with high safety .%目的:探讨胺碘酮治疗老年冠心病心律不齐的临床疗效.方法:抽取2013年1月—2016年1月江西省信丰县人民医院收治的老年冠心病心律不齐患者80例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组患者给予常规冠心病治疗药物和抗心律不齐药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用胺碘酮治疗,对比观察两组患者的治疗效果.结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.5%(37/40),明显高于对照组的72.5%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(P0.05).结论:胺碘酮用于老年冠心病心律不齐的治疗,有助于促进心律不齐症状的缓解,控制病情进展,提高患者的生活质量,且安全性高.
