目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤不同给药方案联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效及安全性.方法:选取2014年1月—2016年1月开原市妇幼保健院收治的异位妊娠患者142例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组71例.两组患者均给予米非司酮25 mg,1日2次,连用3 d.在此基础上,对照组患者给予甲氨蝶呤0.4 mg/kg,肌内注射,1日1次,连用5 d;观察组患者一次性给予甲氨蝶呤1 mg/kg,肌内注射.比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况.结果:两组患者总有效率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第7、10、14日,两组患者血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第7、14日,两组患者腹部包块直径的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者阴道停止流血、腹痛消失、包块消失、血β-HCG转阴的时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05) .Comparison of the β-HCG in 7, 10 and 14 day of the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Comparison of the abdominal mass diameter in 7, 14 day of the two groups was not statistically significant (P >0.05).The vagina bleeding time , abdominal pain disappeared time , mass disappearance time and serum β-HCG negative time in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .The incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was 11.27%( 8/71 ) , significantly lower than that of control group [ 25.35%( 18/71 ) ] , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of methotrexate in intramuscular injection combined mifepristone combined with mifepristone in treatment of ectopic Pregnancy with few adverse drug reactions and much convenience .
