目的:探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片联合护理干预治疗高血压病合并冠心病的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响.方法:选取2015年7月—2016年7月仙桃市第一人民医院收治的高血压病合并冠心病患者68例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例.对照组患者给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用护理干预措施.比较2组患者的临床疗效及生活质量.结果:观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组患者生活质量评分为(68.25±4.01)分,明显高于对照组的(53.21±4.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:高血压病合并冠心病患者在药物治疗的基础上加用护理干预措施,可提高临床疗效.%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with nursing intervention in treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease and the effects on patients ' life quality .METHODS:68 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease admitted into the First People's Hospital of Xiantao from Jul .2015 to Jul.2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 34 cases in each .The control group were treated with Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets , while the observation group were additionally given nursing intervention based on the control group .The clinical efficacy and life quality of two groups were compared .RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05).After treatment, the life quality score of observation group was (68.25 ±4.01) scores, significantly higher than that of control group [ ( 53.21 ±4.28 ) scores ] , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) . CONCLUSIONS:The clinical efficacy of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease can be improved by Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with nursing intervention .
