Objective:To probe into the application and drug combination of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the outpatient of the China-Japan Friendship Hospital(hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"),and provide references for clinical rational drug use.METHODS: The prescriptions of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital from May 2016 to Jul.2016 was retrospectively analyzed in terms of species,consumption amount,administration time,consumption sum and drug combination,and the defined daily dose system(DDDs)and drug utilization index(DUI)were calculated.RESULTS: Totally 13 056 outpatient prescriptions of oral hypoglycemic drugs from May to Jul.2016 were extracted,among which the top three oral hypoglycemic drugs ranked by consumption sum were respectively α-glycosidase inhibitors,sulfonylurea and metformin.The top three oral hypoglycemic drugs ranked by DDDs were respectively metformin hydrochloride(glucophage),Glimepiride tablets(amaryl)and Acarbose tablets(acarbose).The DUI >1 were respectively Gliclazide sustained-release tablets,Glimepiride tablets,Repaglinide tablets and Gliquidone tablets.Preparations with drug combination were 4 400,accounting for 33.70％,mainly for duplex medication.CONCLUSIONS: The application of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital is basically rational.%目的:了解中日友好医院(以下简称"我院")门诊口服降糖药的应用及联合用药情况,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法:采用回顾性调查方法,选取2016年5-7月我院门诊口服降糖药处方,对口服降糖药的品种数、使用量、用药时间、销售金额及联合用药等情况进行统计分析,并计算用药频度和药物利用指数.结果:2016年5-7月我院门诊口服降糖药处方共13 056张;其中销售金额排序居前3位的口服降糖药为α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂、磺酰脲类药物与双胍类药物;用药频度排序居前3位的口服降糖药为盐酸二甲双胍片(格华止)、格列美脲片(亚莫利)、阿卡波糖片(拜糖平);格列齐特缓释片、格列美脲片、瑞格列奈片、格列喹酮片的药物利用指数>1;联合用药处方4 400张,占总处方数的33.70％,以二联用药为主.结论:我院门诊口服降糖药的应用基本合理.
