OBJECTIVE:To probe into the role of clinical pharmacists in the pharmaceutical care for the patient with bronchial asthma , so as to promote the analysis of clinical rational drug use .METHODS: One patient with bronchial asthma admitted into Hami Central Hospital in Sept .2014 was selected to conducted the pharmaceutical care and analysis of rational drug use .RESULTS: According to the Guide for Prevention and Treatment of Bronchial Asthma , combined with pharmaceutical knowledge , clinical experience and the actual conditions of patient , the clinical pharmacists formulated a corresponding pharmaceutical care scheme which could improve the clinical efficacy , reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions and promote the rational drug use .CONCLUSIONS: The provision of corresponding pharmaceutical care according to the actual conditions of patient by clinical pharmacists can improve the asthma control rate and promote the rational drug use in clinic .%目的：探索临床药师对支气管哮喘患者的药学监护，以促进临床合理用药分析。方法：选择哈密地区中心医院2014年9月间收治的1例支气管哮喘患者，对患者进行药学监护和合理用药分析。结果：药师根据支气管哮喘防治指南，结合掌握的药学知识、临床经验及患者实际情况制定有针对性的药学监护方案，可提高患者的临床疗效，降低不良反应发生率，促进药物地合理应用。结论：临床药师根据患者的具体情况进行相应的药学监护，可以提高哮喘控制率，促进临床合理用药。
