目的：分析解放军第264医院（以下简称“我院”）2012—2014年麻醉科常用药品的使用情况及用药趋势，为促进合理用药提供参考。方法：采用用药频度、限定日费用、药物利用指数以及排序比对我院麻醉科2012—2014年常用药品的使用数量、销售金额进行统计，分析临床应用情况。结果：我院麻醉科药品常用药品消耗呈现逐年上升的趋势，其中静脉麻醉及辅助药品、凝血及扩充血容量药品的销售金额所占比例较大，用药频度排在前3位的药品依次为依托咪酯脂肪乳注射液、注射用血凝酶、盐酸罗哌卡因。结论：我院麻醉科用药基本合理，但尚需进一步规范。%OBJECTIVE:To analyze the application status and commonly used drugs trend in anesthesiology department of the 264th Hospital of PLA ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) during 2012—2014, and to provide reference for the rational drug use .METHODS: Statistical analysis was conducted on the application data of drug's consumption amount and consumption sum in terms of the defined daily dose system ( DDDs) , defined daily cost (DDC) and drug use index(DUI) in anesthesiology department during 2012—2014.RESULTS:The consumption of commonly used drugs in anesthesiology department were in a increasing trend year by year , among which the consumption sum of intravenous anesthesia and auxiliary drugs , coagulation and expansion of blood volume drugs accounted for a larger proportion .The top 3 drugs ranked by DDDs were respectively etomidate fat emulsion injection , hemocoagulase arox for injection and ropivacaine hydrochloride .CONCLUSIONS: The drug use in anesthesiology department of our hospital is basically rational , yet it still needs to be further standardized .
