OBJECTIVE:To probe into the anesthetic effects of sevoflurane or propofol combined with remifentanil on elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy . METHODS: 164 elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted into Hanchuan People ’s Hospital from Apr .2013 to Apr.2014 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 82 cases in each.The observation group were treated with sevoflurane combined with remifentanil anesthesia , while the control group received propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia .The anesthetic effects of two groups were observed and compared .RESULTS:There was no significant difference between two groups at different time points of SBP , DBP indicators (P>0.05).In addition , there was no significant difference between two groups in the extubation time , eye opening time and extubation OAAS score ( P >0.05 ) , and there was no severe adverse drug reactions occurred in two groups . CONCLUSIONS:The anesthetic effects of sevoflurane or propofol combined with remifentanil in elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy both can reach a good anesthetic effect , with little side-effects.%目的：探讨七氟烷、异丙酚分别与瑞芬太尼复合麻醉在老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术中麻醉效果。方法：选取2013年4月—2014年4月在汉川市人民医院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的老年患者164例作为研究对象。以随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各82例。观察组患者采用七氟烷与瑞芬太尼复合麻醉，对照组采用异丙酚与瑞芬太尼复合麻醉，观察对比2组患者的麻醉效果。结果：2组患者在不同时间点的收缩压、舒张压比较，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；2组患者的拔管时间、睁眼时间及拔管后的警觉／镇静评分比较，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；2组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论：七氟烷与瑞芬太尼复合麻醉、异丙酚与瑞芬太尼复合麻醉用于老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术中均可达到良好的麻醉效果，且不良反应小。
