目的：探讨米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法：选取2014年2月—2015年8月濮阳市油田总医院收治的子宫肌瘤患者112例，以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各56例。对照组给予米非司酮片口服，观察组给予米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊口服治疗。结果：观察组患者的有效率为94.6％（53／56），明显高于对照组的80.4％（45／56），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前，2组患者子宫肌瘤体积及血红蛋白水平的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者的子宫肌瘤体积及血红蛋白水平均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的效果显著，可缩小肌瘤体积，改善贫血状态。%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with Guizhifuling capsules in treatment of uterine fibroids .METHODS: 112 patients with uterine fibroids admitted into Puyang Oilfield General Hospital from Feb.2014 to Aug.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 56 cases in each .The control group were treated with oral Mifepristone tablets , while the observation group received oral mifepristone combined with Guizhifuling capsules .RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 94.6% ( 53/56 ) , higher than that of control group [ 80.4%( 45/56 ) ] , with statistically significant difference ( P 0.05 ).After treatment, the uterine fibroids volume and hemoglobin level of observation group were better than that of control group , with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with Guizhifuling capsules in treatment of uterine fibroids is significant , which can reduce the tumor volume and improve the anemia status .
