复方止血贴溶血性的研究

         

摘要

目的:研究复方止血贴中各成分的溶血作用,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法:采用家兔体外试管法,插管采集家兔颈动脉血,经处理后留兔血红细胞,并加入0.9%氯化钠溶液和蒸馏水,将各管轻轻摇匀,立即置于37℃的恒温箱中进行温育,分别于保温15、30、45、60、120、180 min用肉眼观察各管溶血情况,必要时用显微镜观察红细胞是否破裂,以此判断复方止血贴及其主要成分凝血酶、氨基己酸的溶血作用。结果:复方止血贴及其主要成分均未产生溶血现象,并且经过溶血率测定得出复方止血贴及其主要成分凝血酶和氨基己酸的溶血率均<5%。结论:复方止血贴及其主要成分在家兔体外试管实验中未见明显溶血作用,表明其在临床可以安全使用。%OBJECTIVE:To study the hemolytic effects of compound hemostatic stick, so as to provide experimental basis for the clinical application.METHODS: Vitro test tube method on rabbit was adopted, carotid arterial blood of rabbit was collected by intubation, after processing the rabbit red blood cells was collected to add 0.9%sodium chloride solution and distilled water.After gently shake, the tubes were put into the thermostat at temperature of 37 ℃.The hemolysis was observed respectively after 15 min, 30 min, 45 min, 60 min, 120 min and 180 min;the rupture of blood cells can be observed by microscope when necessary, and the hemolytic effects of compound hemostatic stick and its main components as thrombin and aminocaproic acid were judged.RESULTS:After study, compound hemostatic stick and its main components would not induce hemolysis phenomenon, and through the determination of hemolysis rate, compound hemostatic stick and its main components as thrombin and aminocaproic acid hemolysis rate were below 5%. CONCLUSIONS:There are no obvious hemolysis in compound hemostatic stick and its main components in rabbits in vitro test tube experiments, which shows that its role in hemolysis is safe in clinic.
