OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with isosorbide mononitrate in treatment of angina pectoris.METHODS: 164 patients with angina pectoris admitted into Ezhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Jun.2013 to Dec.2015 were selected to be randomly divided into observation group and control group via the draw method of the envelope, with 82 cases in each.The control group were treated with isosorbide mononitrate, while the observation group received compound Danshen dripping pills combined with isosorbide mononitrate.The clinical efficacy of two groups were observed, and the quality of life ( QOL) , total cholesterol level, triglyceride levels, weekly anginal attack frequency and and each angina duration, incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 95.12%( 78/82 ) , significantly higher than that of control group [ 70.73%( 58/82 ) ] , with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the QOL of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, while the total cholesterol, triglyceride, weekly anginal attack frequency and and each angina duration were significantly lower than those of control group, with statistically significant difference( P<0.05) . There was no significant difference between two groups in incidence of adverse drug reactions ( P >0.05 ) . CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with isosorbide mononitrate in treatment of angina pectoris is significant, which can effectively improve the QOL of patients.%目的：探讨复方丹参滴丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年6月—2015年12月鄂州市中医医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者164例作为研究对象，以信封抽签法随机分为观察组和对照组各82例。对照组患者给予单硝酸异山梨酯治疗，观察组患者给予单硝酸异山梨酯联合复方丹参滴丸治疗。观察2组患者的临床疗效，比较2组患者的生活质量评分、总胆固醇水平、三酰甘油水平、每周心绞痛发作次数及每次心绞痛持续时间、不良反应发生率。结果：观察组患者的总有效率为95．12％（78／82），显著高于对照组的70．73％（58／82），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；治疗后，观察组患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组，观察组患者总胆固醇水平、三酰甘油水平显著低于对照组，观察组患者每周心绞痛发作次数及每次心绞痛持续时间显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；2组患者的不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：复方丹参滴丸联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病心绞痛，疗效显著，能有效改善患者生活质量。
