OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of Sijunzi decoction combined with omeprazole in treatment of recurrent helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer .METHODS: 100 cases of recurrent helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer admitted into Xianning Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Mar .2015 to Mar.2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 50 cases in each .The control group were treated with omeprazole combined with Sijunzi decoction , and the observation group additionally received Sijunzi decoction based on the control group .The clinical efficacy , recurrence rate of the ulcer and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups .RESULTS: The clearance rate of helicobacter pylori , recurrence rate of the ulcer after 6 months in observation group were significantly better than those of control group , with statistically significant difference (P0.05 ) . CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Sijunzi decoction combined with omeprazole in treatment of recurrent helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer is remarkable , with few adverse drug reactions and high safety .%目的：探讨四君子汤与奥美拉唑联合治疗复发性幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡的疗效。方法：选取2015年3月—2016年3月咸宁市中医医院收治的复发性幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者100例，以随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组各50例。对照组患者给予奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗，研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合四君子汤治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、溃疡复发率和不良反应发生情况。结果：研究组患者幽门螺杆菌清除率、6个月后溃疡复发率均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者的治疗总有效率为92.0％（46／50），明显高于对照组的78.0％（39／50），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组患者不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论：四君子汤与奥美拉唑联合治疗复发性幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡，疗效较好，不良反应少，安全性高。
