目的：探讨麻杏石甘汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的治疗效果及对炎症因子的影响。方法：选取2013年4月—2014年12月广州市黄埔区中医医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者80例作为研究对象。以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例。对照组患者给予常规治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予麻杏石甘汤加减治疗。比较2组患者的疗效及治疗前后炎症因子变化情况。结果：治疗后，观察组患者中医证候积分为（8．2±1．6）分，明显低于对照组的（14．3±2．4）分；观察组患者总有效率为92．5％（37／40），明显高于对照组的82．5％（33／40）；治疗后，观察组患者白细胞介素8、白三烯B4、肿瘤坏死因子α水平下降程度均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：麻杏石甘汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期，治疗效果较好，可有效改善患者的中医证候，降低血清炎症因子水平。%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the treatment efficacy of Maxingshigan decoction in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) with acute exacerbation and the effects on inflammatory factor .METHODS:80 patients with COPD admitted into Guangzhou Huangpu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Apr .2013 to Dec.2014 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 40 cases in each .The control group were given conventional treatment , while the observation group additionally received Maxingshigan decoction based on the control group .Efficacy and changes of inflammatory factor were compared between two groups .RESULTS: After treatment , the Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score of observation group was (8.2 ±1.6) scores, significantly lower than that of control group [(14.3 ±2.4) scores].The total effective rate of observation group was 92.5%( 37/40 ) , significantly higher than that of control group [ 82.5%( 33/40 ) ] .After treatment , the lnterleukin-8, leukotrienes B4 and decent level of tumor necrosis factor αlevel in observation group were better than those of control group , the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The treatment effects of Maxingshigan decoction in treatment of COPD with acute exacerbation is significant , which can effectively improve the Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factor .
