OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application status of Traditional Chinese Medicines ( TCM) preparations in paediatrics of Tianyou Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) , so as to promote the rational application of TCM preparations in paediatrics .METHODS: Application rationality of drugs was statistically analyzed through categories of TCM , consumption sum , defined daily dose system ( DDDs) , daily drug cost ( DDC) and ranking ratio .RESULTS:During 2013-2015, the categories of TCM preparations in paediatrics were respectively 8, 10 and 13.The consumption sum of TCM preparations were in a increasing trend , increased from 6.42% ( 2.321 2 million yuan/36.153 5 million yuan ) in 2013 to 10.09%( 4.552 6 million yuan/45.126 3 million yuan ) in 2015.During 2013-2014, the top 2 drugs ranked by consumption sum were respectively Tanreqing injections and Jinyebaidu granules , and in 2015 were respectively Jinyebaidu granules and Feilike mixture . DDDs of Feilike mixture increased rapidly , which took the lead in 2015.DDC of Reduning injections was the highest in 2014 and 2015.The B/A of oral TCM preparations was lower than that of TCM injections , which indicated the synchronicity of oral TCM preparations was better .CONCLUSIONS:The application of TCM preparations in paediatrics of our hospital is basically rational , yet still needs the further strength on the supervision and management of drugs .%目的：了解武汉科技大学附属天佑医院（以下简称“我院”）中药制剂在儿科的应用现状，促进中药制剂在医院儿科的合理应用。方法：通过我院儿科2013—2015年中药制剂的品种、销售金额、用药频度（ defined daily dose system ，DDDs）、限定日费用（ daily drug cost，DDC）、排序比（B／A）进行统计，分析用药的合理性。结果：2013—2015年，儿科中药制剂的品种数分别为8、10、13种；销售金额占药品总销售金额的比例逐年增加，由2013年的6．42％（232．12万元／3615．35万元）增长至2015年的10．09％（455．26万元／4512．63万元）。2013—2014年，销售金额居前2位的分别为痰热清注射剂和金叶败毒颗粒；2015年居前2位的为金叶败毒颗粒和肺力咳合剂。肺力咳合剂的DDDs增长较快，2015年居首位。热毒宁注射剂的DDC在2014、2015年为最高。口服中药制剂的B／A较注射类低，表明口服中药制剂的同步性较好。结论：我院儿科中药制剂的使用基本合理，但应进一步加强用药的监督与管理。
