目的：探讨血尿酸与患者心脑血管疾病易患因素之间的相关性。方法：选择2013年4月—2016年4月葫芦岛市中心医院（以下简称“我院”）收治的住院患者146例，选取73例高尿酸血症患者作为观察组，选取同期73例血尿酸正常者作为对照组，比较2组患者血脂、空腹血糖及体质量指数（ BMI）等指标。结果：观察组患者中，男性高尿酸血症发生率多于女性，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；2组患者BMI、三酰甘油（TG）、肌酐（Cr）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）的差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组患者心脑血管疾病发生率为79．45％（58／73），明显高于对照组的43．84％（32／73），差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4．135，P＜0．05）。 Logistic回归分析结果显示，性别、BMI、Cr、TG、高尿酸是心脑血管疾病易患因素中的重要危险因素，HDL是心脑血管病易患因素的保护因素。结论：高尿酸血症患者发生心脑血管疾病的风险显著高于血尿酸正常者，应加强高尿酸血症患者性别、BMI、Cr、TG等指标的监测，及早诊断和治疗，以预防和减少心脑血管疾病的发生率。%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the correlation between serum uric acid and risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases .METHODS:146 inpatients admitted into Central Hospital of Huludao ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) from Apr.2013 to Apr.2016 were selected as the research objects .73 patients with hyperuricemia were set as the observation group , and 73 patients with normal uric acid were selected as the control group .The blood lipid, fasting blood glucose , body mass index ( BMI ) of two groups were compared .RESULTS: Of the observation group, males were more than females, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The difference was statistically significant between two groups in BMI , Cr, TG and HDL(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases of observation group was 79.45%( 58/73 ) , significantly higher than that of control group 43.84%(32/73), the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =4.135, P <0.05).According to Logistic linear regression, gender, BMI, Cr, TG and hyperuricemia were the essential risk factors that induced cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases , yet HDL was the protect factors . CONCLUSIONS: The risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in patients with hyperuricemia is significantly higher than that in patients with normal uric acid . It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring on patients ’ gender, BMI, Cr, TG, so as to give early diagnosis and timely treatment , and prevent and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases .
