OBJECTIVE:To explore the curative efficacy of dobesilate calcium capsules for simple diabetic retinopathy.METHODS:From January 2013 to July 2014, 120 patients (210 eyes) with diabetic retinopathy treated in the endocrinology department in Mudanjiang Medical College Hongqi Hospital Affiliated Hongqi Hospital were randomly divided into either control group receiving routine therapy or experiment group receiving dobesilate calcium capsules.Before and after treatment, visual acuity and the changes of retina (microaneurysms, hemorrhage, exudation and retinal edema) in the two groups were observed.RESULTS:After treatment, the fundus oculi and retina showed more significant improvement in the experimental group than in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .The total effective rate of the experiment group was 57.3% as compared with 40%of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05).The curative efficacy in 30°visual field showed better improvement in the experiment group than in the control group, and the visual acuity has been significantly improved.CONCLUSION:Dobesilate calcium capsule is safer and more effective than routine therapy in promoting improvement in visual acuity, fundus hemorrhage, absorption of the exudates in patients with simple lesions, with is thus worthy of wide clinical application.%目的：探讨羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床治疗效果。方法：选取牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院内分泌科2013年1月至2014年7月收治的单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者120例（210只眼），随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组患者给予常规治疗，试验组给予羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后视力和视网膜的变化（微血管瘤数量、出血、渗出和视网膜水肿）情况。结果：治疗后，与对照组相比，试验组患者眼底情况及视网膜恢复情况均有明显改善，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；试验组患者经过治疗后总有效率为57．3％，对照组总有效率为40．0％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；试验组患者30°视野治疗效果明显优于对照组，视力得到明显提高和改善。结论：羟苯磺酸钙胶囊对促进单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者视力改善、眼底出血及渗出的吸收较常规治疗疗效明显，且安全性高，值得临床推广应用。
