目的：了解米易县人民医院（以下简称“我院”）处方质量现状，以提高处方质量，促进合理用药。方法：随机抽取我院2013年10月—2014年10月29793张处方，进行点评与分析。结果：29793张处方中，不合理处方578张，处方合理率为98.06％。其中，不规范处方80张，不合理用药处方470张，超常处方28张，主要表现为无指征使用抗菌药物、用法与用量不适宜、遴选药品不适宜、联合用药不适宜等方面。结论：我院门诊处方基本合理，但仍存在一些问题，医院应高度重视处方质量的管理，加强处方点评，建立长效干预措施，提高医院处方质量。%OBJECTIVE:To investigate the prescription quality in Miyi County People's Hospital ( our hospital) so as to improve the quality of prescriptions and promote rational use of drugs.METHODS:29 793 prescriptions randomly selected in our hospital from Oct.2013 to Oct.2014 were reviewed and analyzed.RESULTS: Of the total 29 793 prescriptions, 578 were irrational, including 80 nonstandard ones, 470 nonrational ones and 28 off-label use ones, manifested as antibiotic use without indication, inappropriate in dosage and administration, irrational drug choice or improper drug combination.The the rate of rational prescrptions was 98.06%.CONCLUSIONS: The outpatient prescriptions in our hospital were basically rational, but there are still some problems.It is important for hospital to attach great importance to the control of quality of prescriptions, strengthen the prescription review and establish long-term intervention measures so as to improve the quality of hospital prescriptions.
