2014年北京回龙观医院门诊药物咨询分析与服务改进对策

         

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the outpatient medication consultation of Beijing Huilongguan Hospital (hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”), to improve the quality of pharmaceutical service and promote the rational use of drug.METHODS:The outpatient medication consultation records in our hospital from Jan .to Oct.2014 were collected to be neatened and retrospectively analyzed .RESULTS:There were few people consulted outpatient medication in our hospital . According to the frequency from high to low , the top 3 consulting contents were treatment course and curative efficacy , the adverse drug reactions , the usage and dosage and announcements .CONCLUSIONS: The development of outpatient medication consultation service can improve the professional level of the pharmacists and related staffs , reduce the risk of drug-induced diseases , guarantee the safe , economical and rational medication of patients .%目的:了解北京回龙观医院(以下简称“我院”)门诊药物咨询情况,提高药学服务质量,促进合理用药。方法:收集2014年1—12月我院门诊药物咨询记录,进行整理及回顾性分析。结果:我院门诊药物咨询患者人数较少,咨询内容按频率由高到低前3位依次是:用药疗程及疗效,药物不良反应,用法用量及注意事项。结论:开展门诊药物咨询服务可提高药学及相关人员的业务水平,降低药源性疾病的发生,保证患者安全、经济、合理用药。
