OBJECTIVE:To probe into the practice method of therapeutic regimens for one solitary kidney patient with abdominal infection by clinical pharmacists .METHODS:The clinical pharmacists participated in the anti-infection drugs treatment , formulated individual medication regimens , and put forward the key points of pharmaceutical care , then provided the pharmaceutical care for one solitary kidney patient with abdominal infection in terms of the antibiotics 'selection, dosage, route of administration , treatment course and adverse reactions monitoring etc .RESULTS:The anti-infection treatment had a significant effective efficacy , increased the prognosis of patients ,and to reduced the occurrence of adverse reactions .CONCLUSIONS: The participation of clinical pharmacists in the formulation of anti-infection treatment regimen and provision of pharmaceutical care for patients can guarantee the medication safety and effectiveness in patients , which reflect the value of pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists .%目的：探讨临床药师参与单肾腹腔感染患者临床药物治疗的实践方式。方法：针对腹腔感染的单肾患者，临床药师从抗菌药物的选择、剂量、给药途径、疗程以及不良反应监测等方面，参与抗感染药物治疗，为患者制订个体化给药方案，提出药学服务要点，并进行药学监护。结果：本次抗感染治疗取得了明显效果，改善了患者的预后，减少了不良反应的发生。结论：临床药师参与抗感染个体化治疗方案的制订、向患者提供药学服务，保证了患者用药的安全性和有效性，体现了药师提供药学服务的价值。
