目的：分析福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院（以下简称“我院”）门诊抗菌药物处方质量，了解用药情况，及时发现问题并实施干预，提高抗菌药物合理用药水平。方法：抽查2014年18个临床科室100位临床医师门诊抗菌药物处方共计46546张，由处方点评小组对抽取的抗菌药物处方进行点评，并对不合理的情况进行统计分析。结果：我院门诊抗菌药物处方合格率为98.77％，超常处方93张，主要为无适应证用药，用药不适宜处方479张。我院门诊处方抗菌药物的应用率为20.40％，注射剂应用率为11.40％。结论：我院门诊抗菌药物存在不合理应用情况，需加强干预和科学管理，不断改进。%OBJECTIVE:To analyze the quality of outpatient prescriptions with antibiotics in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University in Longyan ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) , to investigate the medication situation so as to find problems timely and to intervene effectively , by which the level of rational application of antibiotics would be increased .METHODS:A selective examination was conducted among 18 clinical departments with 100 clinicians in 2014 , including 46 546 outpatient prescriptions with antibiotics .Then these prescriptions were reviewed and the unreasonable cases would be statistically analyzed .RESULTS: The qualified rate of outpatient prescriptions with antibiotics were 98.77%, with 93 inappropriate prescriptions , which were mainly focus on non indication drugs , and 479 prescriptions were unreasonable .Rate of application of antibiotics in outpatient prescriptions in our hospital was 20.40%, and application of injections was 11.40%. CONCLUSIONS: There are some inappropriate cases in the outpatient prescriptions with antibiotics in our hospital , thus the intervention and scientific management should be strengthened and improved .
