OBJECTIVE:To analyze the application of narcotics and the psychotropic drugs of category I in the First People's Hospital of Dali ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) during 2012-2014, to improve the management level of pharmaceutical affairs so as to promote clinical rational use of drugs .METHODS: The related data about narcotics and the psychotropic drugs of category I during 2012-2014 were retrieved from the hospital information management system , the consumption amount , consumption sum and DDDs were statistically analyzed . RESULTS:The consumption amount of narcotics and the psychotropic drugs of category I had been increasing yearly , which had no changes in the proportion of the total amount of medication .The consumption amount of fentanyl injection dominated the first place; the total amount of pethidine in two specifications ranked the second; the consumption amount and sum of Morphine sustained-release tablets showed a tendency of rising;morphine injection and remifentanil had smaller consumption amount;the consumption amount of bucinnazine , codeine and ephedrine had been decreasing yearly; and there were little changes in the consumption amount of ketamine .CONCLUSIONS: The application of narcotics and the psychotropic drugs of category I in our hospital is basically rational .However, it is necessary to train the medical staff on a regular basis and constantly update their medication knowledge , which would make the application of narcotics and the psychotropic drugs of category I in our hospital become safer and more rational .%目的：分析大理市第一人民医院（以下简称“我院”）2012—2014年麻醉药品及第一类精神药品应用情况，提高我院药事管理水平，促进临床合理用药。方法：调取医院信息管理系统中2012—2014年的麻醉药品及第一类精神药品的相关数据，对其使用量、销售金额、用药频度进行分析。结果：麻醉药品和第一类精神药品的使用量逐年上升，占总销售金额比例变化不大。枸橼酸芬太尼注射液使用量居首位；哌替啶两个规格的合计使用量排第2位；吗啡缓释片的使用量及用药金额呈上升趋势；吗啡注射液及瑞芬太尼的用量较小；布桂嗪、可待因、麻黄碱使用量逐年下降；氯胺酮的使用量变化不大。结论：我院麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的使用基本合理。但应定期对医务人员进行培训，不断更新用药知识，使麻醉药品和第一类精神药品的应用更趋于安全、合理。
