OBJECTIVE:To promote the rational application of glucocorticoid in clinic , and to give correct guidance to the patients.METHODS: To analyze the role of glucocorticoid in treatment of endocrine disease through the cases that collected by the clinical pharmacists in clinic and the combination of Clinical Guidelines of Glucocorticoid Drugs from Ministry of Health in 2011.RESULTS:The appropriate application of glucocorticoid in treatment of endocrine disease could cure or improve disease which the conventional therapy couldn't do.CONCLUSIONS: Glucocorticoid in treatment of endocrine disease has a effective efficacy , which can help patients no longer bindly reject glucocorticoids .%目的：促进糖皮质激素在临床的合理应用，引导患者正确理解激素。方法：通过临床药师在临床收集到的病例，结合2011年原卫生部《糖皮质激素类药临床应用指导原则》，解析糖皮质激素在治疗内分泌疾病中的作用。结果：糖皮质激素恰当地应用于内分泌疾病的治疗，可解决常规治疗方案无法治愈或改善的疾病。结论：糖皮质激素在治疗内分泌疾病中取得了良好的疗效，有助于患者不再盲目抗拒激素的治疗。
