OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy and safety of the way of cleaning liver and invigorating spleen by traditional Chinese medicine combined with simvastatin in treatment of hyperlipidemia .METHODS: 103 patients with hyperlipidemia admitted into the hospital from Apr .2011 to Sept .2014 were selected as the research objects, who were divided into the observation group (52 cases) and control group (51cases).The control group received orally simvastatin treatment while the observation group additionally received the way of cleaning liver and invigorating spleen by traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of control group .The total efficiency , blood-lipid changes and adverse reactions in two group of patients were compared .RESULTS:After treatment, TC, TG and LDL-C of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group while HDL-C was higher than that of the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P 0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The way of cleaning liver and invigorating spleen by traditional Chinese medicine combined with simvastatin in treatment of hyperlipidemia has an effective efficacy , which can significantly improve the levels of TG , LDL-C and HDL-C in patients with few adverse reactions;it is worthy of clinical reference .%目的：探讨中医健脾清肝法联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床效果及安全性。方法：选择2011年4月—2014年9月期间收治103例高脂血症患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组（52例）和对照组（51例）。对照组患者口服辛伐他汀治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上加用中医健脾清肝法治疗，比较2组患者治疗后总有效率、血脂变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，观察组患者总胆固醇（ TC）、三酰甘油（ TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ LDL-C）均显著低于对照组，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ HDL-C）高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组患者TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C各血脂指标中位水平达标时间为（4.2±0.9）、（3.8±0.7）、（4.0±1.1）、（3.7±0.7）d，对照组患者的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C中位水平达标时间为（6.1±1.2）、（5.4±0.8）、（5.6±1.3）、（5.5±0.9）d，2组的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的总有效率为94.23％（49／52），显著高于对照组的78.43％（40／51），差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为7.69％（4／52），对照组患者不良反应发生率为9.80％（5／51），2组的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：中医健脾清肝法联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症效果较好，可明显改善患者TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平，不良反应较少，值得临床借鉴。
