目的：了解自动化药房系统在威海市立医院（以下简称“我院”）门诊药房的运行情况。方法：介绍我院自2012年6月引进自动化药房系统后的运行情况，并比较2011年6月—2012年6月和2012年6月—2013年6月两个时间段门诊药房各项工作的改进情况。结果：经过对门诊药房布局进行调整、重新规划摆药和发药流程，我院的平均日处方量由1030张增加至1296张，平均每位患者等待的时间由6.2 min缩短至4.8 min，处方调配差错率由0.0240‰降低至0.0208‰，减少了差错的发生，提高了门诊药房的工作效率和患者的满意度。结论：自动化药房是现代化医院药房的发展方向。%OBJECTIVE:To investigate the operation of automated pharmacy system in outpatient pharmacy of Weihai Municipal Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) . METHODS: The operation of automated pharmacy system which was brought in in our hospital from Jun .2012 was introduced .And the improvements of various tasks in outpatient pharmacy in two time intervals that from Jun .2011 to Jun .2012 and from Jun .2012 to Jun.2013 were compared.RESULTS: Through the adjustment of outpatient pharmacy layout , replanning of drug dispensing processing , the average daily prescriptions increased from 1 030 to 1 296, the average waiting time of per patient decreased from 6.2 min to 4.8min, and the error rate of prescription distribution decreased from 0.0240‰to 0.0208‰.The occurrence of errors was reduced , the work efficiency and satisfaction of patients were improved . CONCLUSIONS:Automatic pharmacy will become the development direction of modern hospital pharmacy .
