OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the impact of antibacterial special rectification on the use of antibacterial agents. METH-ODS:The consumption data of the antibacterial agents at the initial stage (Jul.- Dec. period of 2011) and the later stage (Jul.-Dec. period of 2012)of the antibacterial special rectification activity carried out in Beijing Boai Hospital of China Rehabilitation Re-search Centre were collected for statistical analysis. RESULTS:After carrying out the special rectification activity on the use of anti-microbial agents in our hospital,the consumption sum proportion of the antibacterial agents in total drug consumption sum reduced by 2.0%,with the rate of outpatient antibacterial use down by 6.1% and the rate of antibacterial use in emergency prescriptions down by 29.5%,meeting the original standard specified by the ministry of health,the rate of inpatient antibacterial use down by 12.1%,the inpatient antibacterial use density(AUD)down by 8.7%,and the rate of antibacterial use in the patients with type I in-cision operation down by 27.5%;the hospital infection rate of the inpatients showed continuous reduction of 0.51%. CONCLU-SIONS:The antibacterial special rectification activity has promoted rational use of antibacterial agents in Beijing Boai Hospital and reduced the rate of antibacterial use with hospital infection rate of patients showing continuous reduction. However,efforts must be taken to strengthen management and control as well propaganda so as to facilitate safe,rational and effective use of antimicrobial agents.%目的：了解抗菌药物专项整治活动（简称“专项整治”）后抗菌药物的使用情况。方法：收集中国康复研究中心北京博爱医院专项整治初期（2011年7-12月）与后期（2012年7-12月）抗菌药物的使用数据，并进行统计分析。结果：经过专项整治，该院抗菌药物销售金额占药品总销售金额的比例下降了2.0％，门诊抗菌药物使用率下降了6.1％，急诊处方抗菌药物使用率下降了29.5％，达到了原卫生部规定的要求。住院患者抗菌药物使用率和使用强度分别下降了12.1％和8.7％，Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用率下降了27.5％。住院患者医院感染率持续下降了0.51％。结论：专项整治促进了该院抗菌药物的合理使用，降低了抗菌药物的使用率，医院患者感染率持续降低。但仍需继续加强管控和宣教，以促进抗菌药物的使用更加安全、合理和有效。
