目的：了解苏北某中医院西药房门诊糖尿病的用药现状及趋势。方法：随机抽取该院2012年西药门诊处方34159张，统计其中的降糖药处方，调查口服降糖药的使用情况。结果：在1267张糖尿病患者处方中，单纯使用口服降糖药的处方有978张，其中口服药单用占61.86％，两联用药占28.53％，三联用药占6.85％。结论：疗效确切和不良反应少的药物得到了广泛应用，联合用药的方式基本合理，但单用药情况普遍，应针对个体化加强合理联合用药。%OBJECTIVE:To investigate the status quo and tendency of the utilization of hypoglycemic agents in diabetic outpa-tients in a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in North Jiangsu. METHODS:We randomly collected 34 159 outpatient prescrip-tions of western medicine in the hospital in 2012 for statistical analysis of the hypoglycemic prescriptions in order to investigate the utilization of oral hypoglycemic agents. RESULTS:A total of 1 267 diabetic outpatient prescriptions were noted,of which,978 were prescriptions of simple oral hypoglycemic drugs,with single oral hypoglycemic agent in 61.86%,joint use of two oral hypo-glycemic agents in 28.53% and joint use of three oral hypoglycemic agents in 6.85%. CONCLUSIONS:The hypoglycemic agents with confirmed efficacy and good safety gained widespread clinical application. The drug combination of hypoglycemic agents was rational on the whole yet more of which were use singly. It is advisable to strengthen rational combined use of hypoglycemic agents aimed at individual characteristics.
