目的:探讨临床药师对肺部感染伴脓毒血症患者实施药学监护的模式.方法:针对1例肺部感染伴脓毒血症患者, 临床药师全程跟踪治疗经过, 通过预判、佐证, 协助医师适时调整和制订个体化用药方案.结果:临床药师为患者提供了高效的药学服务, 患者的感染得到了及时控制.结论:临床药师应利用专业优势及职业敏感性, 为临床提供高效优质的药学服务.%OBJECTIVE: To probe into the pharmacological care mode of anti-infective treatment for patients with pulmonary infection and sepsis by clinical pharmacists. METHODS: For a patient with pulmonary infection and sepsis, the clinical pharmacists tracked the treatment throughout the whole process, and assisted the clinicians to adjust and formulate individualized medication plans in a timely manner through the pre-judgment and evidence. RESULTS: Clinical pharmacists provided efficient pharmaceutical services for the patient, and the patient's infection was timely controlled. CONCLUSIONS: Clinical pharmacists are supposed to use professional advantages and occupational sensitivity to provide efficient and quality pharmacy services for the clinic.
