目的:探讨榄香烯注射液联合三维适形调强放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的临床疗效.方法:选取2016年2月至2018年3月佳木斯市中心医院二部收治的中晚期食管癌患者78例, 以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组, 每组39例.对照组患者给予三维适形调强放疗, 观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用榄香烯注射液.比较两组患者的不良反应发生情况、卡氏评分的差异.结果:观察组患者不良反应发生率及严重程度明显低于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义 (P＜0.05);治疗后, 观察组患者平均卡氏评分为 (79.32±5.84) 分, 明显高于对照组的 (71.46±4.11) 分, 差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05).结论:榄香烯注射液联合三维适形调强放疗用于中晚期食管癌患者, 能减少放疗不良反应, 减轻不良反应严重程度, 提高患者放疗耐受性.%OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of elemene injection combined with three-dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy in treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. METHODS: 78 patients with advanced esophageal cancer admitted into Jiamusi Central Hospital from Feb. 2016 to Mar. 2018 were extracted to be divided into control group and observation group via the random number table, with 39 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given three-dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy, while the observation group received elemene injection on the basis of the control group. The incidence of adverse drug reactions and the difference in karnofsky performance status score between two groups were compared. RESULTS: The incidence and degree of adverse drug reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the average karnofsky performance status score of the observation group was (79.32±5.84) points, significantly higher than that of the control group [ (71.46±4.11) points], and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Elemene injection combined with three-dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy in treatment of advanced esophageal cancer can reduce the incidence and severity of radiotherapy adverse drug reactions, and improve the tolerance of patients with radiotherapy.
