注射用头孢菌素类抗菌药物是一类广谱抗菌药物,因其具有广谱、疗效高、抗菌活性强和副作用小等优点得到了临床广泛关注.过敏反应、肝肾毒性、胃肠道反应、中枢神经系统毒性和二重感染等是其主要的不良反应,对其不良反应进行总结具有非常重要的临床意义.本文以近5年国内外报道的相关文献资料为基础,对注射用头孢菌素类抗菌药物的各类不良反应特别是严重不良反应(过敏性休克等)及其预防的有关知识进行整理、归纳,为临床合理用药提供理论依据.%Cephalosporins for injection is a kind of broad-spectrum antibiotics, which had received extensive clinical attention for the advantages of broad spectrum, high curative effect, strong antibacterial activity and small side effects. Allergic reactions, liver and kidney toxicity, gastrointestinal reactions, central nervous system toxicity and superinfection were the main adverse drug reactions, so that it was of great clinical significance to make a summary. Based on the relevant literature reported at home and abroad in the past five years, this paper has sorted out and summarized the categories adverse drug reactions of cephalosporins for injection and ways of prevention, especially severe adverse drug reactions (anaphylactic shock, etc.), so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical rational drug application.
