太赫兹(Terahertz)脉冲成像技术是太赫兹科学与技术中的重要应用领域。飞秒激光的发展使得光导天线成为稳定、可靠的太赫兹脉冲辐射源,为太赫兹成像技术奠定了较好的基础。该文基于 Matlab 软件,以太赫兹时域脉冲三维成像算法及应用为中心,研究太赫兹脉冲扫描成像数据处理算法,通过对太赫兹反射成像时域脉冲波形的特定参数和峰位时间延迟进行处理,尝试实现三维成像;同时利用 Matlab 的 GUI 界面设计太赫兹脉冲成像数据分析平台,对实验数据进行分析验证。%Terahertz pulse imaging technology is an important application field in Terahertz science and technology.The develop-ment of Femtosecond Laser makes optical antenna of terahertz pulse radiation source a stable and reliable terahertz pulse radiation source,which lays a good foundation for terahertz imaging technology.Based on Matlab software,this paper focus on terahertz pulse time -domain pulse three -dimensional imaging algorithms and its application.We study the terahertz pulse scanning imaging data processing algorithm,and try to realize three dimensional imaging through the terahertz time -domain reflection imaging specific param-eters of pulse waveform and the peak time delay processing.At the same time,using the Matlab GUI interface designs the terahertz pulse imaging data analysis platform,the experimental data can be analyzed and validated.
