This paper introduces the design of interactive real time dynamic demonstration system for communication principles based on Matlab GUI ,and realizes demonstration about analog linear modulation and demodulation ,digitization of analog signals ,binary digital modulation and demodulation and channel coding theory .The practice shows that this system has a good interactive interface ,easy operation ,high visualization and correct result .It can increase teacher’s teaching means ,deepen students’ understanding of the course , stimulate their interest and improve the teaching effect and teaching quality .%利用Matlab语言进行GUI编程，实现了交互式实时动态通信原理演示系统的设计，完成了对模拟线性调制/解调、模拟信号数字化、二进制数字调制/解调和信道编码等重要知识的演示。实践结果表明：该系统交互性好，操作简单，直观性强，结果正确，既能丰富实验教学手段，又能加深学生对课程内容的理解，激发他们的学习兴趣，从而改善教学效果，提高教学质量。
