根据高校和企业双方约定的责、权、利关系的不同,将校企联合实验室建设方式分为“学校主导型”和“企业主导型”,并详细阐述了2类实验室的建设方式。以常州大学为例,分别基于学校和企业的视角,对校企联合实验室的功能进行了探索和实践,并归纳为“深化教改,实践育人”、“无缝衔接,促进就业”、“开放共享,服务社会”、“宣传推广,企业窗口”、“产学合作,校企共赢”等5点。实践证明,校企联合实验室的建设与运行,不仅提高了学校人才培养的质量,拓宽了学生的就业面,同时也加强了企业的研发实力,促进了企业的科技进步和技术创新,提升了企业的核心竞争力。%The cooperative construction pattern of school-enterprise associate laboratory ,which is divided into school-dominate and enterprise-dominate according to the respective responsibility ,authority and benefit that the school and enterprise assumed ,is elaborated on in detail .In addition ,the “five functions” of school-enterprise associate laboratory refer to “reforming education and training talents ,” “training uninterruptedly and raising the employment rate ,”“opening and sharing and serving the society ,”“publicizing the enterprise as a window” and“cooperation and all-win” are generalized in terms of school and enterprise ,respectively .The practice shows that the construction and running of school -enterprise associate laboratory not only can make schools improve the educational quality and employment rate , but also can reinforce the enterprise ’ s development and research strength and core competency .
