组成复杂的酸性镀铜液中,因干扰离子多,氯离子含量低,用银量法难以准确测定镀液中的氯含量。采用BaO作沉淀剂、H2 O2为氧化剂,消去干扰离子,建立了离子选择电极法测酸性镀铜液中微量氯离子的测定方法。实验结果表明,样品测定的回收率在95.37%~103.5%之间,平均回收率为99.5%,加标回收率相对标准偏差为3.6%。%Composition of acid copper plating bath is complex .Because of many kinds of interference ions and low content of chloride ions ,it is hard to determine the content of chloride ions with argentometric method exactly .A method of determination of trace chloride in the solution with ion selective electrodes was established by eliminating interfering ions with BaO as precipitant ,H2 O2 as oxidizer .The experimental results show that the recoveries of samples are in the range of 95 .37% -103 .5% .The average recovery is 99 .5% .The RSD of the addition standard recovery is 3 .623% .
