基于生态系统观的'电子政务'课程'教学-实验'复合一体化系统研究

         

摘要

从生态系统管理学角度阐明进行"电子政务"课程"教学-实验"复合一体化系统研究的必要性;结合河南理工大学开设的"电子政务"课程具体情况,立足已有研究基础,提出基于生态系统观的"电子政务"课程"教学-实验"复合一体化系统研究包括的内容,即主要思路、主要途径、教改目的及重要观点等,指明了开展"电子政务"课程"教学-实验"复合一体化系统研究的理论意义、实际应用价值及创新价值.研究表明,从生态系统管理学角度对"电子政务"课程"教学-实验"进行系统研究,对于传授公共管理类专业学生技能、减缓就业压力具有较好的现实预期.%From the perspective of ecosystem management, this paper expounds the necessity of carrying on the integration of “Electronic Government” teaching-experiment. By combining the concrete situation of setting up the “Electronic Government” course by our university, based on the studied foundation, the course of “Electronic Government” teaching-experiment on ecosystem-based is put forward, including the following contents: the main thought, the main way, the teaching aim, the important viewpoints, etc. , which points out that carrying on the research of the integration of “Electronic Government” teaching-experiment has important theoretical meaning, practical application value, and innovation value. The results show that this systematic research has good actual expectations for teaching the students’ technological skills and slowing down the pressure of employment.
