After analysis experimental teaching features in colleges and universities and the new requirements for training innovation talents in new century, some exploration about the experimental teaching mode reform of Electrical Engineering Experimental Teaching Center in Harbin Engineering University is given.And then,a series of new teaching modes that are suitable for students' comprehensive quality training are discussed.Experiments prove that these teaching modes can provide references for experiment training mode building of electrical specialty in other schools.%在分析高校实验教学特点和新时代创新型人才培养对实验教学新要求的基础上,针对目前我国高校实验和实践环节存在的问题,介绍了哈尔滨工程大学电气工程实验教学中心在实验教学模式改革中做出的探索,提出了一系列适合大学生综合素质培养的实验教学新模式.实践证明这些新模式可以为其他院校的电气类专业的实验培养模式构建提供借鉴和参考.
