舱段结构在气泡射流作用下的毁伤效果

Liquid jefs formed when bubbles caused by underwater explosion collapse could seriously threaten the local strength of warships. In order to study the damage effect of vessel structure subjected to bubble jet, a series of underwater explosion trials were performed by using a typical cabin model. Water pressure, bubble pulsating cycle, the dynamic strain and plastic deformation of out plates were obtained. Dynamical responses of cabin structure with various impulsive factors were analyzed, water pressure was measured, the occurrence of bubble jet was then discussed. Damage effect and influence range of out plates caused by bubble jet were investigated. The results showed that compared with shockwave load, the jet impact could concentrate bubble energy and cause serious damage to local structure of warships. Under certain circumstance, the damage effect caused by bubble jet would be more serious than that caused by shockwave loading. Therefore, in the research on proximity underwater explosion, in addition to the shockwave loading, the bubble loading could not be neglected.%为研究水下爆炸气泡载荷对船舶局部结构的毁伤效果,设计建造了实尺度舱段模型,并进行水下爆炸实验,测量了水中压力、气泡脉动周期、舱段外板结构的动应变与塑性变形.分析了不同冲击因子作用下舱段结构的动态响应,并结合水中压力测量结果,探讨了气泡射流的成因.在此基础之上,分析了气泡射流载荷的影响范围以及外板在不同载荷作用下的毁伤模式.实验结果表明,相比冲击波载荷,在某些情况下射流冲击载荷引起的结构响应更剧烈,毁伤效果更严重,因此在中近场水下爆炸作用下,气泡射流冲击载荷对船体结构的影响不能忽视.
