爆炸载荷下板条边界斜裂纹的动态扩展行为

         

摘要

The propagation of explosion stress waves in strips containing an oblique edge crack was analyzed. And a series of caustic experiments were conducted to explore the crack extension under blast loading. Investigated results show that the crack growth velocity, acceleration and dynamic stress intensity factors fluctuate during the propagation of the oblique edge crack under explosion stress waves. The maximum values of the crack growth velocity, acceleration and dynamic stress intensity factor KdI at the crack tip are 222 m/s, 11.01 MN/s2 and 0.735 MN/m3/2, respectively. The tensile field at the tip of the oblique edge crack is a main factor to induce crack initiation and propagation.%为了研究爆炸应力波作用下板条边界斜裂纹的动态扩展行为,首先分析了爆炸应力波在含边界斜裂纹板条中的传播,其次采用动态焦散线实验方法,进行了爆炸载荷下板条边界斜裂纹扩展规律的实验研究.研究结果表明,爆炸应力波作用下,板条试件边界斜裂纹的扩展过程中,裂纹扩展速度、扩展加速度和裂尖动态应力强度因子随时间波动变化,扩展速度最大值达到222 m/s,裂纹扩展加速度瞬时到达最大值11.01Mm/s2,裂尖动态应力强度因子Kd1最大值为0.735 MN/m3/2.斜边裂纹尖端拉应力场是造成裂纹起裂、扩展的主要原因.
