在膨化硝铵炸药生产线硝酸铵溶解罐中引入1.5%～4.3%的重质燃料油,实现重质燃料油与硝酸铵溶液的液一液混合,可提高膨化硝酸铵密度0.04g/cm3,增加膨化硝酸铵感度4cm;在膨化工序中引入粉状硝酸铵,与膨化硝酸铵比例按6:4加入,可进一步提高产品密度0.08g/cm3;加入矿物粉添加剂5%,烷胺类盐0.2%～0.6%,能够有效提高膨化炸药产品流散性.%In expanded ammonium nitrate explosive production line, 1.5％ ～ 4.3％ of heavy fuel oil is added in ammonium nitrate dissolve tank, realizing the liquid-liquid mixing of heavy fuel oil and ammonium nitrate solution, the density of expanded AN is raised 0.04 g/cm3, and the sensitivity is increased 4cm. In the expanding process when powdery ammonium nitrate is introduced in a ratio of 6: 4 with expanded AN, the density of product could be raised further 0.08 g/cm3. The addition of 5％ mineral powder additive, and 0.2％ ～0. 6％ alkyl amine salt, the fluidity of the so-produced product is effectively improved.
